VIDEO. TFC: Frank Magri scored his first goal for Cameroon

A match that will be a landmark for the Franco-Cameroonian. This Friday evening, Cameroon challenged Maurice on the first day of qualifying for the 2026 World Cup. TFC striker Frank Magri celebrated his third selection with the Indomitable Lions.

On the bench at kick-off, he came on as in his first two matches last October, against Russia and Senegal. Bryan Mbeumo and Georges-Kévin Nkoudou scored the first two Cameroonian goals, but it was Frank Magri who closed the score in the 92nd minute.

This is the first international goal for the 24-year-old from Agenais. He who only discovered Ligue 2 in February 2022 with Bastia, and who was recruited this summer by TFC for around 2 million euros. This season, he played 15 games with the Violets, and scored 4 goals.
