FBI offers $ 50000 reward to search for homemade bomb suspects
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $ 50000 (£ 37000) for information as investigators attempt to locate those responsible for planting two homemade bombs at the headquarters of the Republican and Democratic Party in the attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Police received reports of suspicious devices on Wednesday. Today, the FBI said in a statement that awards would be issued on information that would lead to "the location, arrest and conviction" of the suspects.
Bomb technicians used water cannons to break down the devices and render them harmless during the riots in Washington DC, ABC News reported.
