Used alone, the INDEX and MATCH functions are of little interest; but associated, they allow remarkable research.

The CHOOSE function, yet easy to use, is used too little.

TO CHOOSE -
This function is used to display a value according to an index number:

= CHOOSE (N °; val1; val2 ...)

The number must be between 1 and 254; it designates the value argument to select.

The value can be a cell reference, a formula, a text, a number (for a fraction, the whole part) ...
