Scottish Prime Minister Nicola Sturgeon said a vote for the SNP would be a vote to place Scotland's future "firmly in the hands of the latter".
During her party's election campaign, Sturgeon said the December 12 vote would be "the most important of our lives."
And she said the outcome would determine the future of the country for "future generations".
Sturgeon wants to hold a second referendum on Scottish independence next year.
Still today, Sturgeon spoke at the Business in the Parliament conference. Its purpose is to facilitate engagement between Scottish businesses and politicians.
