GARDENA - A former reality TV producer convicted of murdering his wife in Southern California after being released from a Mexican prison.
According to KTLA-TV, former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman was released about two months ago. The station said the 12-year-old 48 had made no comment when he was interviewed Monday at his home in Gardena, where he lives with his mother and two children.
He served 7 years and a half of a sentence of 12 years.
Beresford-Redman has been convicted of beating and strangling his 42 aged 2010-aged wife Monica Beresford-Redman. His body was found naked in a sewage tank at a tourist resort in the Cancun area where the family was on vacation. 19659003] Beresford-Redman maintains innocence
His former lawyer, Jaime Cancino, told KNBC-TV that prisoners in Mexico are eligible for release after serving 60% of their sentence.
