Christopher Solis, of Anaheim, was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of committing an offense with DUI, causing serious bodily harm, according to a statement from the Fullerton Police Department.
Police responded to 1h48 in the morning as pedestrian information was hit by a red Toyota Tacoma in downtown Fullerton, police said. Hundreds of people were on the sidewalk, in the nearby car parks and outside the restaurants and bars at the time.
When the police arrived at the scene, several people were trapped under the vehicle, which was smoking and seriously damaged in the front of the vehicle. . Officers and good Samaritans have sufficiently raised the vehicle to free pedestrians trapped.
In total, 10 people were transported to local trauma centers with moderate to life-threatening injuries. The wounded had between 18 and 49 years.
Three other vehicles on the street also suffered minor to moderate damage.
